Do you constantly quit on yourself while you’re trying to lose weight? Girl! I used to be that person! I couldn’t lose weight because the only thing I was good at was quitting my weight loss plan. Perpetually. The minute I struggled even just a little bit, or found that things were just too uncomfortable, or too hard, or weren’t happening fast enough, I would quit. It would start off first with Lil quits until it eventually snowballed into full out rebellion. I’m going to share with you how I stopped being the biggest quitter when I learned about a biblical truth that completely changed how I thought about my weight loss journey.
